Working principle
The front clamping jack adopts the structural form of "static piston and moving cylinder body". When the prestress is applied, the jack piston and the tension weighing sleeve are stationary, the outer cylinder liner, the core sleeve and the tool anchor move backward relative to the jack piston, and the tool anchor and the tool clip clamp the steel strand for tension. After the required prestress value is reached, the oil is returned, the outer cylinder liner and the core sleeve are reset, and the working clip and the working anchor are automatically anchored to complete the tensioning process.
Installation and operation
In the jack installation process, first screw the tool anchor into the inner thread of the core sleeve and ensure that all threads of the tool anchor are evenly stressed. By rotating the tool anchor to make its hole position correspond to the hole position of the limit plate, the steel strand can pass through smoothly, so as to realize the simultaneous installation of the jack and the tool anchor and the rapid positioning. The tool anchor plate is close to the limit plate (about 150mm), which improves the concentric accuracy of the limit plate and the tool anchor after installation, avoids the entanglement of the steel strand in the jack, ensures the uniform force of the steel strand, reduces the incidence of slip and broken wire during the tension process, and improves the tension quality

Structural characteristics
Double seal design: tension cylinder and return cylinder are double seal design, improve the reliability of the seal. The small cylinder and the second cylinder, the small cylinder and the rear end cover and the small cylinder and the tool ring are connected by keys to prevent rotation. The seal is made of Glay ring or Ster ring to ensure the sealing effect.
Integral two cylinder and piston head: The two cylinder and piston head are designed as one piece, avoiding the possibility of failure due to two body welding or two body threaded connection.
Improved wear resistance design: The wear ring and wear sleeve have been improved to avoid the possibility of assembly force out and improve the reliability of the product
Applications
The front clamp jack is suitable for tensioning Φ15.24 and Φ12.7 steel strands below 2000 grade. If the parts are replaced or removed, other materials such as fine rolled screw ribbed or rebar can also be stretched. The jack is small in size, light in weight and high in efficiency, and is especially suitable for high altitude or small space position.
Safety precautions

For example, when jack testing or loading, the staff should stand on both sides, the end direction is prohibited, and the dangerous area should be equipped with protective devices.
