Product Description
The main body of the Ball mill is a low-speed rotating cylinder horizontally installed on two large bearings. There are many grinding media inside the Ball mill cylinder, which are generally steel balls. When the Ball mill rotates, the grinding media adhere to the liner surface on the inner wall of the Ball mill cylinder due to the effect of inertial centrifugal force, rotate together with the cylinder, and are carried to a certain height. Then it falls freely under the effect of gravity. When falling, the grinding media, like projectiles, crush the materials contained in the cylinder. Meanwhile, during the rotation of the Ball mill cylinder, the grinding media also slide and roll, causing grinding effects among the grinding media, liners and materials, thereby grinding the materials finely. While the materials are being crushed by impact and ground, the feeding end is constantly forced to feed. Product Features
