Product Description

The clamping device pre-clamps the steel strand, and with the movement of the piston, the steel strand is stretched and the stress is gradually increased. After reaching the preset tension value, the pressure holding system of the jack starts to maintain a stable pressure and ensure the accurate application of prestress. After the completion of tension, the oil return valve opens, the hydraulic oil returns, the piston retracts under the action of spring or self-weight, and the clip releases the steel strand. The whole process realizes the accurate and efficient prestressed tension of the steel strand, providing stable and reliable prestressed support for the building structure.
