Working Principle

1. Stowage calculation and stowage vehicle layout

In order to ensure the overall force and synchronous lifting of the one-hole bridge, the weight of the upper structure such as the bridge floor, middle beam, side beam and guardrail should first be calculated according to the design document, and then the load is loaded according to the principle of overall weight balance, usually the vehicle is evenly arranged and loaded to ensure the balance of the force during the lifting process.

Installation Instructions

1. Flat jack method

The ultra-thin hydraulic jack is placed in the narrow space of the main beam and the cover beam, and the beam body is directly lifted, and the rising speed of the beam body is observed by the dial indicator to ensure the uniform and synchronous lifting of the beam body across the bridge. This method is currently the most widely used jacking method.

2. Saddle type support method

The bridge pier itself is used as support to set up a support on the cover beam, which is designed as a "saddle-type support", and a jack is placed to lift the beam body.

3. Sleeper full support method

Sleeper is arranged on the ground, and on the basis of sleeper, a fully distributed or partial wooden support is arranged on the bridge beam body, and a one-catty top lifting beam body is placed on the support.

4. Saddle bracket method

The bridge pier itself is used as support to set up a support on the cover beam, which is designed as a "saddle-type support", and a jack is placed to lift the beam body.Bridge jacking synchronous jack characteristics:
