YB hydraulic ceramic plunger mud pump, using hydraulic drive, double cylinder reciprocating cycle, to achieve negative pressure extraction and pressure transport of slurry. At present, the series models are YB85, YB110, YB120, YB140, YB200, YB250, YB300, YB350, YB400 and other types, including general conventional, atmospheric pressure large flow, high pressure small flow, variable, high pressure constant, high pressure large flow, acid and alkali resistance and other specifications.
YB mud pump mainly works by changing the hydraulic pressure. The plunger of YB mud pump moves back and forth in the cylinder block, which can change the volume of the sealing working cavity, so as to achieve the purpose of oil absorption and oil pressure. Suction valve and discharge valve of YB mud pump are both one-way valves. When the plunger is pulled outside, the pressure in the working room is reduced, the outlet valve is closed, and when the pressure is lower than the inlet pressure, the inlet valve is opened and the liquid enters. When the plunger pushes in S, the studio pressure rises and the inlet valve closes. When the outlet pressure is higher, the outlet valve opens and the liquid is discharged.
