Bridge synchronous lifting jack
Check lifting jack: All parts of the synchronous lifting jack must be checked to see if any parts are damaged and the hydraulic oil is sufficient before use. If the oil volume of the manual pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to add fully filtered N33# hydraulic oil to the pump to work; Electric pumps need to refer to the electric pump instruction manual to check the relevant content. At the same time, ensure that the jack model is consistent, which helps to better control parameters such as the jacking speed during the jacking process.
Select the right type of lifting jack: Select the right type of synchronous lifting jack according to the object of lifting (such as Bridges, large mechanical equipment, etc.) and the working environment (such as space size, whether there is acid and alkali corrosion, etc.). For example, flat jacks can be used in the narrow space of bridge main beam and cover beam; Large tonnage synchronous jacks may be needed for the whole lifting of large railway Bridges. If the jacking work requires high precision control, you can choose a synchronous jacking jack system controlled by PLC 134.
Calculation of loading: If the jacking object is a structure such as a bridge, in order to ensure the overall force and synchronous jacking, the weight of the structure to be jacking up (such as the upper structure of the bridge floor, middle beam, side beam, guardrail, etc.) should be calculated according to the design document, and then the load is loaded according to the principle of overall weight balance, usually the vehicle is evenly arranged and loaded to ensure the balance of forces during the jacking process.
Determine the support and the point of impact: the center of gravity of the weight should be selected moderately, the point of impact of lifting jack should be reasonably selected, the bottom surface should be flat, and the soft and hard conditions of the ground should be taken into account. If necessary, tough wood should be laid to ensure smooth placement, so as not to sink or tilt the weight.
