Working Principle

Synchronous lifting jacks mainly work according to the hydraulic principle and achieve synchronous lifting effect. The hydraulic cylinder has a piston, when the hydraulic pump starts, the hydraulic oil is transported to the hydraulic cylinder with a certain pressure, the piston moves to the other chamber under the hydraulic oil pressure, so that the top rod connected with it rises, thus lifting heavy objects. In terms of synchronous lifting, with advanced sensing and control technology. Sensors installed throughout the jack constantly detect its operating status, including but not limited to the stroke of the jack rod, the speed of movement, and the pressure of the hydraulic system. Once the control system receives the state difference information between different jacks from the sensor, it quickly calculates and corrects the deviation by adjusting the flow and pressure of the hydraulic oil. In this way, each jack can carry out lifting operations in the same rhythm, ensuring the overall stability and flatness when lifting large objects or structures, and meeting the strict requirements of many engineering construction for high precision and synchronization.
