Synchronous lifting jacks mainly work on the hydraulic principle.
It has a hydraulic pump that is connected to the hydraulic cylinder of the jack by tubing. When the hydraulic pump works, the hydraulic oil will be transported to the hydraulic cylinder. With the continuous injection of hydraulic oil, the piston in the hydraulic cylinder begins to rise under pressure, and then pushes the jack rod to rise to achieve the jacking action.
In the synchronous lifting system, the corresponding control system will be equipped. This system can monitor the pressure, travel and speed parameters of each jack through sensors. When the lifting parameters between jacks are found to be different, the control system will adjust the hydraulic oil flow and pressure of each jack, so as to ensure that multiple jacks are lifted simultaneously. For example, in the overall upgrading of large Bridges or the installation of large equipment, the various lifting points are moved synchronously in this way.
(1) The structure of the new support should meet the design requirements and relevant industry regulations.
(2) The overall replacement of the support construction scheme should be calculated to determine the batch of replacement of the support, the displacement of the top and falling beams and the process.
(3) The temporary support of the lifting beam body should meet the requirements of strength, stiffness and stability.
(4) The lifting and falling of the beam should be carried out according to the design requirements.
(5) When the support is replaced, the deviation of the support should be checked according to the ambient temperature, and the construction should be selected under favorable temperature conditions.
