YB mud pump Description
YB mud pump is a kind of pump using ceramic plunger as a seal, its working principle is basically similar to ordinary plunger pump, only the seal adopts ceramic material. The basic working principle of YB mud pump:
1. Plunger movement of YB mud pump: The core component of the pump is the plunger. The plunger reciprocates in the YB mud pump. When the plunger moves backward, negative pressure is formed in the cavity of YB mud pump and liquid is inhaled. When the plunger moves forward, positive pressure forms in the cavity of the YB mud pump and the fluid is expelled.
2. Sealing of YB mud pump: Ceramic material has excellent sealing performance and wear resistance, so the plunger made of ceramic material of YB mud pump can effectively seal the pump chamber, reduce leakage and improve the efficiency and reliability of the pump.
3.YB mud pump valve control: YB mud pump is also equipped with a valve system, through the opening and closing of the valve control liquid in and out, as well as control flow and pressure.
