Mud pump, refers to the drilling process to the drilling mud or water and other flushing liquid machinery. Mud pump is an important part of drilling equipment. BW150 mud pump Features:
1. BW150 mud pump can transport high concentration and high viscosity < 10000PaS and suspension slurry containing particles.

1. Check whether the lubricating oil of each part of BW Mud pump is sufficient.

3. Check whether the movement of each part of BW Mud pump is stuck.
4. Check whether the speed change of BW Mud pump is accurate and reliable.
5. Check whether the fasteners of BW Mud pump are loose, especially whether the connecting thread of rubber piston pressing lock mother, crossheads and piston rod is tightened.
6. Check the water absorption height of BW Mud pump. In areas with an altitude of less than 1000 meters, the water absorption height of the pump should not exceed 2.5 meters. In areas with an altitude of more than 1000 meters, the suction height of the pump should be reduced according to the local atmospheric pressure.
