Prestressing mono jack is one of the indispensable and important tools in the tension-anchorage construction of Prestressing bridge project. The Prestressing mono jack structure, structure size and tension tonnage limit the scope of its use.
The Prestressing Mono jack is a multi-purpose prestressed tensioning device.
Working process: The Mono jack hydraulic oil enters the rear part of cylinder 2 from the inlet nozzle A through the handle oil circuit. Under the action of Mono jack, the cylinder and the rear seal plate, the rear press plate, and the compression nut move backward, and the anchor ring, the clip and the steel strand move backward through the core sleeve to achieve the purpose of pre-tightening. The spring and guide pair in the core sleeve produce a pretension force before tensioning. At the end of pre-tightening, oil is injected from the outlet nozzle through the handle oil circuit, and the cylinder body is pushed forward to restore the original state.
