Synchronous jacking system software jacking whole process:

2. According to the distribution of hydraulic jacks, install hydraulic hoses, connect each hydraulic jack in series, and then use hydraulic hose hydraulic press to lift the oil inlet and outlet of the sewage treatment plant.
3. Connect the switching power cable. Connect the main power cable to the sewage treatment plant. Then connect the displacement detection device and the displacement detection terminal on the hydraulic jacking sewage treatment plant to the control cable according to the reference point.
4. Before the same lifting, first check whether the reading of the displacement sensor is accurate. The field staff will pull out the displacement sensor rope, and whether the reading on the display is the same as the displacement value pulled out by the field rope.
5. After the fitting button is implemented before synchronous jacking, the hydraulic jack gradually rises. When the specific working pressure reaches the value of the fitting working pressure, the hydraulic jack automatically terminates the jacking. The default value of the fitting working pressure is: the best default value is about 50% of the specific load.
6. After fitting, first set the target displacement and press and hold the rise button. At this time, the hydraulic jack will automatically rise, and when it rises to the overall target displacement of the lock, it will automatically terminate.
7. After fitting, first set the target displacement and press and hold the Reduce button. At this time, the hydraulic jack will automatically reduce, and when the overall target displacement of the lock is reduced, the automatic termination.
8. Single action operation: Turn the single action power switch to the left part and then raise it. Lower the button. Hold down the Stop or Total Stop button if you need to stop.
