Synchronous lifting jacks use hydraulic principle. The motor operation prompts the hydraulic pump to convert the oil in the tank into high pressure oil, and the high pressure oil drives the movement of the cylinder piston to achieve the jacking. At the same time, it has advanced wireless synchronous control system. The sensors of each jack transmit their own working conditions wirelessly, and the control center handles them comprehensively. According to the construction needs, the oil pressure of each jack is precisely deployed to ensure that under complex working conditions, such as the lifting of steel components of super high-rise buildings, multiple jacks move neatly and uniformly, so that the construction process can be accurately promoted as planned.

1. Installation instructions
1. Site preparation
- Select a solid, flat installation site to ensure that the ground can withstand the total weight of jacks and heavy objects. If the ground is soft, it should be strengthened in advance, such as laying steel plates or using sleepers.
- Clean up debris on the site, avoid debris affecting the placement and work of the jack, and ensure that there is enough space around the installation location to facilitate operation and maintenance.
2. Check the device
- Before installation, carefully check the appearance of the jack to ensure that there is no damage and no leakage. Check cylinder, piston, tubing and other key components are in good condition.
- Check whether the type and specifications of the jack meet the working requirements, especially the carrying capacity and travel range. At the same time, check whether all components of the synchronous control system (if any) are complete and properly connected.
3. Jack placement
- Place the jack smoothly in a pre-determined position, ensuring that the bottom of the jack is in full contact with the ground and perpendicular to the lifting direction of the weight. For the use of multiple jacks at the same time, it is necessary to use a measuring tool to measure accurately to ensure that the position and spacing between the jacks meet the requirements.
- If the jack has a fixed device, such as anchor bolts or clamps, it should be properly installed and fixed in accordance with the requirements of the manual to prevent the jack from shifting during the work.
4. Connect tubing and power supply (if applicable)
- When using hydraulic synchronous lifting jacks, ensure that the tubing is clean, free of impurities and moisture before connecting. Firmly connect the tubing to the corresponding interface of the jack and the hydraulic pump station, and fix the tubing with pipe clamps or other fixing devices to prevent the tubing from falling off or leaking.
- For electric jacks, connect the power supply according to the installation requirements of the electrical equipment. Check whether the power supply voltage and frequency are consistent with the jack's rating, and ensure that the ground is good to avoid electric shock accidents.
5. System debugging (for synchronous lifting system)
- After connecting all jacks and related equipment, turn on the synchronous lifting control system. Calibrate the sensor according to the system operating manual to ensure accurate measurement of jack displacement, pressure and other parameters.
- Carry out no-load debugging to check whether the lifting and descending action of each jack is flexible and whether the synchronous control system can work normally. Observe the display data of the control system to confirm that the synchronization error between the jacks is within the allowable range.
Ii. Precautions
1. Safe operation
- The operator must be professionally trained and familiar with the operation method and safety precautions of the jack. During operation, wear personal protective equipment, such as safety helmet, gloves, etc.
- It is strictly prohibited to use jack with overload. Before working, it is necessary to accurately estimate the weight of the heavy object and ensure that the carrying capacity of the jack has sufficient safety margin. At the same time, during the lifting process, pay close attention to the working state and load of the jack, and stop the operation immediately once an anomaly is found.
2. Synchronous maintenance
- For synchronous lifting jacks, the accuracy of the synchronous control system should be checked regularly. If the synchronization error is found to exceed the specified range, adjust it in time. In the working process, try to avoid external factors to interfere with the synchronous work of the jack, such as uneven ground settlement, external force collision and so on.
- When multiple jacks work at the same time, the load distribution of each jack should be as evenly as possible. This can be achieved by pre-adjusting the initial height or load of the jack to ensure the stability of synchronous lifting.
3. Equipment maintenance and maintenance
- Perform regular maintenance on the jack, check the oil quality and oil amount of the hydraulic oil (if it is a hydraulic jack). The oil quality should be replaced in time, and the insufficient oil should be added to the specified liquid level. At the same time, check whether the seal leaks, if there is a leak to replace the seal in time.
- After the work, the jack should be cleaned and stored in a dry and well-ventilated place. Avoid exposing the jack to damp and corrosive environment for a long time to prevent parts from rusting and damage.
4. Emergency handling
- Remain calm in case of power failure or equipment failure during hoisting. For jacks with self-locking devices, rely on the self-locking function to prevent heavy objects from falling. If there is no self-locking device, take emergency measures, such as using auxiliary supports to support heavy objects, to avoid danger.
- Prepare the necessary emergency tools and equipment, such as backup power supply, hand pumps (for hydraulic jacks), etc., in order to be able to deal with the problem in an emergency.
