How to work?
The working principle of the hydraulic jack is based on PASCAL's principle, that is, the pressure of the liquid is the same everywhere. In a balanced system, less pressure is applied to the smaller piston and more pressure is applied to the larger piston, which keeps the liquid stationary. Through the transfer of liquid, different pressures on different ends can be obtained, so as to achieve the transformation and transfer of force .
Synchrounous Lifting Jack's composition and working process
Synchrounous Lifting Jack is composed of motor, high pressure hydraulic pump, oil tank and operation control system, jack and oil pipe, shunt, etc. The flow of a pumping station is output through a shunt and provided separately to each executive cylinder. The displacement control system controls the jacking speed of each cylinder with load according to the feedback signal of each measuring point, so as to realize the synchronous jacking action of the whole concrete continuous beam .
