Anchorage
Anchorage refers to the permanent anchorage device used in prestressed concrete, which is a anchoring tool used in post-tensioned structures or members to maintain the tension of prestressed tendons and transfer it to the concrete interior, also known as prestressed anchorage.
Anchors can be divided into two categories according to the type of use:
A anchoring tool that is installed at the end of the prestressed tendons and can remain anchored to the prestressed tendons at all times during the tensioning process.
Anchorage commonly used in bridge systems are:
(a) M15-N anchor. M stands for anchor (the first letter of Chinese pinyin); 15 represents the specification of the steel strand for the national standard nominal diameter of 15.20mm steel strand, (the strength of the steel strand commonly used in China is 1860 MPa grade nominal diameter of 15.20mm steel strand); -N refers to the number of strands to be loaded.
(b) M13-N anchor. M stands for anchor (the first letter of Chinese pinyin); 13 represents the specification of the steel strand for the nominal diameter of 12.70mm steel strand, (generally commonly used steel strand strength of 1860 MPa grade nominal diameter of 12.70mm steel strand); -N refers to the number of strands to be loaded.
