Installation Instructions

How to use:
1. Check whether the parts of the Bridge lifting jack are normal before using it.
2. Bridge lifting jack should strictly comply with the provisions of the main parameters when using, avoid ultra-high overload, otherwise when the lifting height or lifting tonnage. When the limit is exceeded, serious oil leakage will occur at the top of the cylinder.
3.Bridge lifting jack If the oil of the manual pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to add N33# hydraulic oil which should be fully filtered to the pump before it can work.
4.Bridge lifting jack electric pump Please refer to the manual of electric pump.
5. The center of gravity of the weight should be selected moderately, the impact point of the jack should be reasonably selected, the bottom surface should be flat, and the soft and hard conditions of the ground should be taken into account, whether the tough wood should be padded, and whether the placement is smooth, so as to avoid the weight sinking or tilting.
6. After lifting heavy objects, the heavy objects should be firmly supported with supports in time. The use of the Bridge lifting jack as a support is prohibited. If you need to support heavy objects for a long time, choose CLL self-locking jack
7. If several jacks are needed for lifting at the same time, in addition to correctly placing the jacks, multiple diverter valves should be used, and the load of each jack should be balanced, paying attention to keeping the lifting speed synchronized. It is also necessary to consider the possible subsidence of the ground due to uneven weight to prevent the danger of tilting the object being lifted.
8. When the Bridge lifting jack is in use, first connect the quick connector of the manual pump to the top, then select the position and tighten the oil release screw on the oil pump to work. To make the piston rod lower, the hand wheel of the hand oil pump is slightly loosened in the counterclockwise direction, the cylinder is unloaded, and the piston rod is gradually lowered. Otherwise too fast a descent will be dangerous.
9.Bridge lifting jack This jack is spring return structure, after lifting, can be quickly removed, but can not use the connected hose to pull the jack.
10.Bridge lifting jack due to the small lifting stroke of the jack, the user must not exceed the rated stroke when using, so as not to damage the jack.
11. Avoid violent vibration of the jack when Bridge lifting jack is in use.
