YB mud pump Description
YB mud pump is a commonly used forward displacement pump. YB mud pump is often used for conveying and strengthening high-pressure liquids.
How YB mud pump works:
YB mud pump structure :YB mud pump is composed of a driving device, a plunger and a pump body. There are a series of plunger cavities inside the pump body, and each plunger has a corresponding ceramic plunger.
YB mud pump suction process: When the pressure in the plunger chamber of the YB mud pump pump body is lower than the pressure of the external liquid, the YB mud pump plunger will move backward to form the suction stage.
YB mud pump Suction valve opens and fluid enters the plunger cavity from the outside.
YB mud pump push process: When the YB mud pump drive device applies force to push the plunger forward, the volume in the plunger cavity is reduced and the fluid is forced out of the plunger cavity. At the same time, the suction valve is closed, the discharge valve is opened, and the liquid is pushed out of the pump body through the discharge valve.
YB mud pump cycle process :YB mud pump through repeated suction and push process to achieve continuous liquid delivery. The reciprocating motion of the YB mud pump driving device makes the plunger constantly push in the pump body to produce stable pressure and flow output.
