Prestressing jack is one of the indispensable and important tools in the tension-anchorage construction of Prestressing bridge project. Neither Prestressing jack is a panacea. The Prestressing jack structure, structure size and tension tonnage limit the scope of its use. The Prestressing Mono jack is a multi-purpose prestressed tensioning device. Prestressing Mono jack is mainly used for single hole tensioning, but can also be used for multi-hole pretensioning, tensioning and obstacle removal. Prestressing Mono jack is suitable for a variety of sizes of high strength wire bundles and strands.
Prestressing Mono jack is suitable for single hole tensioning, group anchor tensioning, troubleshooting, anchor withdrawal, and replenishment tensioning. In terms of Prestressing strand wire strength, it can be tensioned below 2000 grade Φ15.24 strand and Φ12.7 strand. If the parts are replaced/removed, it can be tensioned to finish rolling screw grain bar (customer orders) rebar, etc.
The Prestressing Mono jack is small, lightweight and efficient. The important thing is that the reserved length of the thousand card type steel strand is short (about 260mm). It is especially suitable for high altitude or small space location.

A. Prestressing Mono jack tensioning cylinder and return cylinder both adopt double seal to improve seal reliability. Prestressing the key connection between the small cylinder and the second cylinder, the small cylinder and the rear end cover, and the small cylinder and the tool ring of Mono jack are used to prevent rotation. Prestressing Mono jacks are sealed with Grey-ring or Sterring for reliable sealing.
B, Prestressing Mono jack two cylinder and piston head design as a whole form, to avoid the possibility of failure due to two-body welding or two-body connection by thread. It increases the difficulty of machining process, but improves the reliability.
