YB mud pump Description
YB mud pump model classification according to the material is divided into ordinary pump, 304 stainless steel pump, anti-corrosion acid pump. According to the working conditions can be customized new pump, air cooling pump, regulated pump, variable pump, variable frequency pump.
YB mud pump is a hydraulic drive double cylinder double action positive displacement pump (vacuum pump). YB mud pump is driven by the motor through the gear coupling gear oil pump (referred to as the oil pump), the oil pump from the oil tank suction low pressure oil and then discharge high pressure oil, high pressure oil through the reversing valve, alternately into two hydraulic cylinders, driving hydraulic cylinder piston, hydraulic cylinder piston driving working cylinder piston (ceramic plunger) reciprocating alternate movement, Slurry suction and discharge operation are completed through the slurry inlet valve and slurry discharge valve of the working cylinder.
YB mud pump is mainly used for ceramic mud, coal water slurry, Kaoling and non-metallic ore suspension transport, also used for mine slag slurry, food suspension, chemical slurry, magnetic material transport, transport solid content of more than 70%, frequency conversion spring (variable pump) supporting filter press has high efficiency and energy saving effect.
