The working principle of the jack is to use the hydraulic transmission system to lift heavy objects through a small force. When the operator manually pumps the handle, the piston in the pump compresses the oil and creates pressure. This pressure is transmitted through the tubing to the master cylinder of the jack, pushing the piston in the master cylinder upward. Because the piston area of the master cylinder is much larger than the piston area of the pump handle, according to PASCAL's principle, a smaller force can produce a larger lifting force. When the master cylinder piston rises, it pushes the top head, thereby lifting the weight. By repeatedly pumping the handle, the pressure can be continuously increased to make the top lift heavier objects.

1. Before using the core jack, check whether the components are in good condition, especially the wearing parts such as piston rod, cylinder and seal ring, to ensure that they are in good condition.
2. During use, ensure that the jack is placed smoothly and avoid tilting or shaking to prevent accidents.
3. Avoid overload. The core jack has a certain bearing capacity, which may cause equipment damage or safety accidents.
4. When using the core jack, ensure that the operator has the appropriate skills and knowledge to avoid equipment damage or personnel injury caused by misoperation.
5. After a long time of use, the quality and quantity of hydraulic oil should be checked, and the hydraulic oil should be replaced or supplemented in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
6. When storing the core jack, it should be placed in a dry, ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment to avoid moisture, heat or corrosion.
