Roll movement: The upper roller is symmetrically positioned at the center of the two lower rollers. Sheet metal bending: The flat and plastic metal sheet is fed between the three working rollers (two lower rollers and one upper roller). The upper roller presses down, while the lower roller rotates, causing the metal sheet to undergo multiple consecutive bends. During the bending process, the inner layer of the sheet is compressed and deformed, the middle layer remains unchanged, and the outer layer is stretched and deformed. Eventually, a permanent plastic deformation is produced, and the sheet is rolled into the desired shape.
