1. Scope of application
The technology is suitable for the overall lifting of the steel mast antenna of the TV tower, the overall lifting of the grid, roof, steel bridge and other components of the huge public works such as the stadium, swimming pool, hangar, theater, waiting (ship) room, the overall lifting of the main beam of the huge gantry crane, and the sliding of the steel roof truss (cover) of the main building of the airport terminal.
2. Methods and characteristics
Lifting method
At present, the method of "steel line suspension load, hydraulic lifting jack cluster, computer control synchronization" is used, which has the following two ways : pull-up (that is, lifting): the hydraulic lifting jack is set on the permanent column of the bearing structure, and the upper end of the suspended steel strand is fixed (anchoring) with the hydraulic lifting jack through the center. The lower end and the lifting member are connected together with the wrong anchor diagram with special tools, like "well table water lifting", and the hydraulic lifting jack holds the steel line to lift up, so as to lift the member to the installation height. This scheme is a pull-up lifting type. (2) Climbing type (climbing pole type): the upper end of the suspended steel line is fixed on the permanent structure (or foundation or temporary reinforcement facilities connected with the permanent object), the hydraulic lifting jack is set under the steel line (hydraulic lifting jack is connected to the component through the fault), like "monkey climbing pole", the hydraulic lifting jack holds the steel strand to climb up, This raises the component to the installation height. The climbing type is mostly suitable for the lifting of vertical components with high lifting height, general projection area and relatively light weight, such as TV tower steel mast antenna. Process characteristics
Steel line bearing is not only a fairly economic bearing method, but also a high anchoring efficiency, and solves the construction technical problems required for long distance continuous lifting.

For the lifting of high gravity center vertical components (such as steel rod antennas), its weight (parts) can be minimized and construction costs can be saved.

Working Principle

The operation principle of synchronous lifting jack covers two key parts: hydraulic power and synchronous control. In the hydraulic power part, the hydraulic pump produces high-pressure hydraulic oil, which enters the hydraulic cylinder of the jack, generates upward thrust on the piston, prompting the piston to move up in the cylinder, and then drives the jack rod to complete the action of lifting heavy objects. Synchronous control relies on a sophisticated control system and multiple sensors. Sensors are distributed at different locations of each jack to monitor parameters such as travel distance, lifting speed and hydraulic pressure in real time. When these data are fed back to the control system, the control system will accurately allocate the hydraulic oil supply for each jack. 1. Installation instructions

1. Site preparation
- Select a solid, flat installation site to ensure that the ground can withstand the total weight of jacks and heavy objects. If the ground is soft, it should be strengthened in advance, such as laying steel plates or using sleepers.
- Clean up debris on the site, avoid debris affecting the placement and work of the jack, and ensure that there is enough space around the installation location to facilitate operation and maintenance.
2. Check the device
- Before installation, carefully check the appearance of the jack to ensure that there is no damage and no leakage. Check cylinder, piston, tubing and other key components are in good condition.
- Check whether the type and specifications of the jack meet the working requirements, especially the carrying capacity and travel range. At the same time, check whether all components of the synchronous control system (if any) are complete and properly connected.
3. Jack placement
- Place the jack smoothly in a pre-determined position, ensuring that the bottom of the jack is in full contact with the ground and perpendicular to the lifting direction of the weight. For the use of multiple jacks at the same time, it is necessary to use a measuring tool to measure accurately to ensure that the position and spacing between the jacks meet the requirements.
- If the jack has a fixed device, such as anchor bolts or clamps, it should be properly installed and fixed in accordance with the requirements of the manual to prevent the jack from shifting during the work.
4. Connect tubing and power supply (if applicable)
- When using hydraulic synchronous lifting jacks, ensure that the tubing is clean, free of impurities and moisture before connecting. Firmly connect the tubing to the corresponding interface of the jack and the hydraulic pump station, and fix the tubing with pipe clamps or other fixing devices to prevent the tubing from falling off or leaking.
- For electric jacks, connect the power supply according to the installation requirements of the electrical equipment. Check whether the power supply voltage and frequency are consistent with the jack's rating, and ensure that the ground is good to avoid electric shock accidents.
5. System debugging (for synchronous lifting system)
- After connecting all jacks and related equipment, turn on the synchronous lifting control system. Calibrate the sensor according to the system operating manual to ensure accurate measurement of jack displacement, pressure and other parameters.
- Carry out no-load debugging to check whether the lifting and descending action of each jack is flexible and whether the synchronous control system can work normally. Observe the display data of the control system to confirm that the synchronization error between the jacks is within the allowable range.
