Post tension jack

Post tension jack is mainly used for group anchor overall tension. Post tension jack is easy to operate, reliable in performance, and maximizes the savings of steel strand.
Post tension jack is mainly used in bridge engineering construction with prestressed anchors and tension equipment. Post tension jack is a double action jack which uses double hydraulic cylinder to tension prestressed bar and top pressure anchor.
Prestressed jack is a tool used to apply prestress. Prestressed jack usually consists of the following parts:
1. Body: The body of the Prestressed jack is usually composed of one or more hydraulic cylinders, which are used to generate the force required to apply the prestress.
2. Hydraulic system :Prestressed jack provides power through hydraulic system. Hydraulic system includes hydraulic tank, hydraulic pump, hydraulic pipeline and control valve and other components.
3. Piston rod: the piston rod is the part connecting the hydraulic cylinder and the prestressed member, which transmits the liquid pressure to the prestressed member.

Working Principle

when the Post tension jack is tensioning the prestressed steel bar, the oil nozzle of the tensioning cylinder enters the oil, the oil nozzle of the top pressure cylinder returns the oil, and the top pressure cylinder, the connection sleeve and the support sleeve are connected into one body to move right to resist the anchor ring; The tensioning cylinder, end cap nut, plug and piercing sleeve are connected into one to drive the tool anchor to move to the left of the tensioning prestressed bar; In the case of top pressure anchorage, under the condition of maintaining stable tension, the oil nozzle of top pressure cylinder is fed, and the top pressure piston, protective sleeve and top pressure head are connected into one body, and the clamp is strongly pushed into the anchor ring; At this time, the oil nozzle of the tension cylinder returns oil, the oil inlet of the top pressure cylinder, and the hydraulic return of the tension cylinder. Finally, the oil nozzle of the tension cylinder and the top pressure cylinder return oil at the same time, and the top pressure piston returns to reset under the action of the spring force.

Installation Instructions

Post tension jack
1. Put the steel strand through the reserved corridor of the structure, and require the exposed length of the steel wire bundle to be 200-250mm longer than the working length of the jack at the tension end. The steel strand must be cut with a book grinder without loose head or "rough head", so as to avoid perforation difficulties.
2.Cover the end of the wire bundle of the working anchor plate, and push it to the anchor plate, and fix it at the stop.
3. Install the anchor clip: before installing the clip, use the steel ring to tie each clip together, and then push it into the cone hole of the anchor plate along the steel strand, and push it by hand until it does not move.
4. Install limit plate: the limit plate is designed according to the working anchor plate and corresponds to the hole of the anchor plate.
5.Install the jack: first, the end of the steel strand bundle is bound with wire pin, then the jack can be hoisted up and worn on the steel bundle, and the jack front end cover support mouth is set outside the limit plate. At this time the jack can be coaxial in.
6.Install the tool anchor on the support port of the piston end.
