Post tension jack
Post tension jack is mainly used for group anchor overall tension. Post tension jack is easy to operate, reliable in performance, and maximizes the savings of steel strand.
Post tension jack is mainly used in bridge engineering construction with prestressed anchors and tension equipment. Post tension jack is a double action jack which uses double hydraulic cylinder to tension prestressed bar and top pressure anchor.
Prestressed jack is a tool used to apply prestress. Prestressed jack usually consists of the following parts:
1. Body: The body of the Prestressed jack is usually composed of one or more hydraulic cylinders, which are used to generate the force required to apply the prestress.
2. Hydraulic system :Prestressed jack provides power through hydraulic system. Hydraulic system includes hydraulic tank, hydraulic pump, hydraulic pipeline and control valve and other components.
3. Piston rod: the piston rod is the part connecting the hydraulic cylinder and the prestressed member, which transmits the liquid pressure to the prestressed member.

Post tension jack
1. Put the steel strand through the reserved corridor of the structure, and require the exposed length of the steel wire bundle to be 200-250mm longer than the working length of the jack at the tension end. The steel strand must be cut with a book grinder without loose head or "rough head", so as to avoid perforation difficulties.
2.Cover the end of the wire bundle of the working anchor plate, and push it to the anchor plate, and fix it at the stop.
3. Install the anchor clip: before installing the clip, use the steel ring to tie each clip together, and then push it into the cone hole of the anchor plate along the steel strand, and push it by hand until it does not move.
4. Install limit plate: the limit plate is designed according to the working anchor plate and corresponds to the hole of the anchor plate.
5.Install the jack: first, the end of the steel strand bundle is bound with wire pin, then the jack can be hoisted up and worn on the steel bundle, and the jack front end cover support mouth is set outside the limit plate. At this time the jack can be coaxial in.
6.Install the tool anchor on the support port of the piston end.
