Working Principle

Installation Instructions

- Oil smooth: the oil pipe of the hydraulic system is connected according to the shortest path, and the check valve is set along the way to ensure the one-way flow of oil.
- Synchronous calibration: Through the bridge monitoring system, compare the displacement of each jack in real time, correct the deviation, and control the accuracy at 0.5mm.
- Load test: preload 50% of the design load, observe deformation, listen to abnormal sound, and officially start after passing.
Pay attention to taboos:
- No violation: non-professional personnel shall not operate, shall not change the system parameters without authorization.
- Bad protection: rainy and foggy days to strengthen protection, anti-leakage, anti-slip.
