The working principle of the YB ceramic plunger pump is based on the precise reciprocating motion of the plunger. During the operation of the pump, the motor drives the plunger to move backward, forming negative pressure inside the pump chamber, and the liquid is sucked into the pump chamber through the inlet pipe under the action of external atmospheric pressure. Subsequently, the plunger advances, the volume of the pump chamber gradually decreases, the pressure rises sharply, at this time, the outlet check valve opens, and the liquid flows out through the outlet under the pressure.

The ceramic plunger is the core component of the pump, which has excellent wear resistance and chemical stability. When in contact with all kinds of liquid media, it can effectively resist corrosion and wear to ensure long-term stable operation of the pump.
