Hydraulic ceramic plunger mud pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump cylinder, ceramic plunger, import and export valve and other parts. Among them, the ceramic plunger is the core component of the mud pump, reciprocating movement in the pump cylinder, to achieve fluid suction and discharge.
The working principle of the Hydraulic ceramic plunger mud pump is based on the reciprocating motion of the plunger in the mud pump cylinder. In the suction stroke, the plunker moves upward, the negative pressure is formed in the mud pump cylinder, the inlet valve is opened, and the fluid is sucked into the pump cylinder; During the discharge stroke, the plunger moves down, the pressure in the pump cylinder rises, the outlet valve opens, and the fluid is discharged from the mud pump cylinder. Through the reciprocating motion of the plunger, the fluid can be continuously transported.
