How does YB ceramic plunger pump work? First, the motor provides power to drive the plunger to reciprocate in the pump body. When the plunger moves back, the internal volume of the pump chamber increases, the pressure decreases, and the liquid at the entrance enters the pump chamber under the action of the pressure difference, which is like a gentle invitation to the liquid into a safe "embrace".

Then, the plunger advances, the volume of the pump chamber decreases, the pressure increases, and the "trapped" liquid can only find an outlet under high pressure, so the outlet check valve is opened and flows to the destination.

The ceramic plunger plays a key role. Its material has a very low coefficient of friction, can effectively reduce energy loss, and has excellent wear resistance, even if the long-term contact with a variety of complex components of the liquid, can also maintain good working condition, in the petrochemical, sewage treatment and other fields of liquid transportation operations outstanding performance.
