Hydraulic rock splitter
SFST350 Hydraulic rock splitter is composed of two parts: the pump station and the splitter. When working, the high-pressure oil output by the pump station drives the cylinder, generates a huge thrust, drives the middle wedge in the wedge group to extend forward, and pushes the reverse wedge to both sides to split the divided object.

1. Start the electric or diesel hydraulic pump station, start the reversing valve of the pump station, so that the pressure oil into the oil pipe.
2. Start the reversing valve handle on the rock splitter to the position of the white hydraulic pipe joint. At this time, the power head of the rock splitter extends outward, the oil pressure reaches 60Mpa, and the splitter starts to split the stone.
3. After splitting the stone, the rock splitter reversing valve is pulled to the black joint position, and the power head is returned;
4. When the power head is recovered in place, the oil pressure rises, the handle is moved to the middle position (neutral position) to unload the oil, and the rock splitter is pulled out from the rock for the next operation;
5. After the completion of the stone splitting operation, the oil pressure should be unloaded, and the pump station motor or diesel engine should be closed to avoid excessive oil temperature.
