Splitter is a kind of equipment for building demolition.
The splitter is composed of two parts: hydraulic power station and splitter gun. The splitter is driven by the ultra-high pressure oil output from the pump station to generate a huge driving force, and after mechanical amplification, the split object can be split in a predetermined direction. The hydraulic station supplies 60Mpa hydraulic oil to the splitting gun, which can produce dozens of tons of thrust, and the splitting machine promotes the expansion of the chip to both sides, and the expansion tension can reach hundreds of tons, so that the object is separated from the internal split. The structure of the splitter is mainly composed of hydraulic station, oil pipeline, splitter gun, contract piece, etc.

That is, the stone mined by explosive blasting is laborious and time-consuming, and also causes a great waste of resources. If the splitting machine is used for mining, as long as several holes and some grooves are opened on the stone surface to be mined, and then the splitting machine is used to cut down the stone. If the same mining of 10 meters long, 6 meters wide, 6 meters high stone, need to play 10 holes, a total length of 60 meters. Then use a blade saw to cut a deep 150 mm wide 5 mm slot between the two holes, the cumulative length of about 25 meters (note: no slot can also be, but the flatness of the split surface is not as good as that of the slot). Then a splitter gun is inserted into the hole to cut the stone. The stone split from the mountain with the splitter is a whole, and the flatness error is generally within a few centimeters. Compared with explosive blasting mining method, splitting machine mining is obviously an economical and efficient quarrying method
