Preparation work:
If the amount of oil in the pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to add the working oil (10# oil) to the pump to work.
To estimate the weight, avoid overloading, and determine the center of gravity of the weight, select the point of impact of the jack, and consider the degree of softness and hardness of the ground, and use tough wood when necessary to prevent tipping hazards during lifting [2].
Jacking operation:
When in use, first butt the quick connector of the manual pump with the top, and then select the position, tighten the oil release screw on the oil pump, you can work.
The electric pump needs to be operated according to the electric operation manual.
Operation after lifting:
After the jack lifts the heavy object, the heavy object should be supported with tough wood in time, and the jack is prohibited to be used as a support, so as to avoid unbalanced load and tipping danger.
Loosen the oil drain screw and unload the cylinder. If the phenomenon of empty beating occurs when using, you can relax the oil screw on the pump body, hit the pump body vertically and head down empty several times, and then tighten the oil screw, you can continue to use

Operator: The operator must have professional training and be familiar with the use of the equipment and safe operation procedures.
Environmental conditions: Ensure a safe operating environment. Do not perform jacking operations in bad weather or on unstable ground.
Maintenance: Regular maintenance of the hydraulic system to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
