The operation principle of YB ceramic plunger pump is based on the regular reciprocating action of the plunger. At the initial stage, the plunger moves backward under the driving force, the volume of the pump chamber increases linearly, and the internal pressure decreases accordingly, forming a local vacuum environment. Under the double action of atmospheric pressure and the pressure difference of the pump chamber, the liquid quickly fills the pump chamber through the inlet check valve.

Subsequently, the plunger moves forward, the volume of the pump chamber is gradually reduced, the liquid is compressed, and the pressure continues to rise. When the pressure reaches the opening pressure of the outlet check valve, the valve disc is opened, and the liquid is discharged through the outlet pipeline under the pressure.

The ceramic plunger gives the pump its unique advantages. The surface is finely polished, the roughness is very low, and the pump body seal is closely matched to effectively prevent liquid reflux and leakage. Moreover, the chemical inertness of ceramic materials enables it to adapt to the transportation needs of a variety of corrosive liquids, and is favored in industries with high hygiene and corrosion resistance requirements such as food additive deployment and pharmaceutical raw material transportation.
