Splitting gun is an efficient rock splitting tool, widely used in mining, road construction, tunnel construction, stone processing and other industries. It uses the powerful thrust generated by the high pressure oil pump to split the rock or concrete structure through the hydraulic principle, and has the advantages of simple operation, safety and efficiency, low cost and environmental protection and pollution-free.
The splitting gun is mainly composed of three parts: hydraulic pump station, high pressure oil pipe and splitter. The hydraulic pump station provides the power source, and the high-pressure oil is transported to the interior of the splitter through the high-pressure tubing, which pushes the piston to produce a huge thrust and achieve the rock splitting. The splitter is the core component of the splitter gun, usually made of high-strength alloy steel, with good wear resistance and pressure resistance.
When using a splitter gun for rock splitting, rapid splitting can be achieved by simply inserting the splitter into the pre-drilled hole and starting the hydraulic pump station. Compared with traditional blasting operations, splitting guns have higher safety and controllability, without adverse effects such as flying stones, vibration and noise, and are especially suitable for use in urban and densely populated areas.
