The working principle of the YB ceramic piston pump shows the exquisite combination of mechanical and fluid mechanics. At the moment of starting, the plunger slides backward under the power source, the pump chamber space expands instantaneously, the pressure plummets, and the surrounding liquid is affected by this low pressure and enters the pump chamber along the inlet pipe.

Then, the plunger begins to move in reverse, like a powerful "piston" to push forward, compressing the pump chamber space, and the liquid pressure rises sharply until it is enough to push open the outlet check valve, and then surge out along the outlet line to reach the specified position.

The ceramic plunger of this pump is a highlight, it has extremely high hardness and dense construction, which gives it excellent impact resistance and corrosion resistance. Whether it is in the liquid conveying scene of high pressure difference, or in the conveying of highly corrosive liquid medium, it can ensure the stable operation of the pump, and is widely used in the mining, paper and other industries for accurate conveying and metering of various liquids.
