Working principle of airborne splitter
Modern airborne splitters incorporate intelligent control elements on the basis of traditional working principles. The basic hydraulic drive and wedge expansion principle remain unchanged, and the pumping station produces high pressure oil to drive wedge inside the splitting gun is still the core action. However, the addition of intelligent control systems makes the entire process more accurate and efficient. Sensors are located at key parts of the equipment to monitor hydraulic pressure, wedge expansion, rock reaction and other parameters in real time. This data is transmitted to the intelligent control unit on board, which automatically adjusts the output pressure of the pump station and the expansion rate of the wedge according to the hardness and structural characteristics of the rock through complex algorithms. For example, in the face of hard rock, automatically increase the pressure and slow the expansion rate to ensure effective crushing and protect the equipment. This intelligent working mode enables the airborne splitter to achieve intelligent and adaptive crushing operation under various complex rock conditions, which greatly improves the performance and working quality of the equipment.
