The following are the detailed steps of the splitting machine:
1. Hydraulic system
The splitting machine is composed of three parts: hydraulic power station, mountain opener (splitting device) and accessories. The hydraulic power station provides high pressure oil, which is transmitted via tubing to the splitter cylinder 3456.
2. Cylinder work
When the high-pressure oil enters the cylinder, the piston in the cylinder will be pushed, producing a huge thrust. This thrust is transmitted through the wedge to the material being split, causing it to split in a predetermined direction.
3. The role of wedge blocks
There are several wedges inside the splitter, and when the piston pushes the wedges, the wedges will expand outward, creating a huge splitting force. This force can reach hundreds of tons and is enough to crack rock or concrete
Usually the crushed rock has high compressive strength, but low tensile strength. The static explosion rock splitting machine uses ultra-high pressure oil as its energy source, and the ultra-high pressure oil output by the hydraulic power station is mechanically amplified by the supercharger to drive the oil cylinder in the splitting rod to produce a huge driving force, so that the splitting machine pushes the hydraulic top in the splitting rod to extend out the swelling rock, and the liquid pressure is instantly ultra-high. To achieve thousands of tons of splitting force, it is easy to split the hard rock from the inside of the rock, and make the object split in a predetermined direction to achieve the purpose of expansion and crushing excavation
