YB mud pump Description
YB mud pump is a hydraulic pump with ceramic material made of plunger. Compared with the traditional metal plunger pump, ceramic mud pump YB mud pump has higher hardness, wear resistance and chemical stability, suitable for some special working conditions and requirements.
YB mud pump is driven by hydraulic pressure, high pressure, quick and accurate pressure adjustment, smooth operation. The α-type alumina ceramic plunger has the advantages of low wear, easy operation, installation and maintenance, low cost and long service life.

YB series ceramic piston pump is hydraulically driven double cylinder double acting positive displacement pump (vacuum pump). The pump is driven by the motor through the gear coupling gear oil pump (referred to as the oil pump), the oil pump from the oil tank suction low pressure oil, high pressure oil through the reversing valve, alternately into the two hydraulic cylinders, drive the hydraulic cylinder piston, hydraulic cylinder piston drive the working cylinder piston (ceramic plunger) to do reciprocating alternate movement. The slurry is absorbed and discharged through the inlet valve and discharge valve of the working cylinder.
YB series plunger pump is mainly used for ceramic mud, coal water slurry, Kaolingsi and non-metallic mineral suspension, but also for mine slurry, food suspension, chemical slurry, magnetic material transport, transport solid content is greater than 70%, variable frequency spring (variable pump) matching filter press has high efficiency and energy saving effect.

Material and wear resistance
- Ceramic plunger durability: The plunger is made of high-performance ceramic materials such as alumina ceramic fired and finely ground, hardness up to HLC8.5 or above, surface roughness 0.4um, with extremely high wear resistance, can run stable for a long time.
- Suitable for solid material: plunger and conveying material without shear movement, suitable for conveying materials containing sand and solid particles, not easy to be damaged by particle friction.
Operating performance
- Stable and reliable operation: using hydraulic drive double cylinder double action design, low vibration and noise during operation, high working pressure and small pressure fluctuation, to ensure stable conveying flow and pressure, to provide stable material transportation for the production process.
Self-priming ability is strong: the plunger type vacuum method is used, and the self-priming capacity is about 4-8 meters, which can be effectively extracted and transported according to the specific gravity of the material.
Flow can be automatically adjusted: the flow of variable pump products can be automatically adjusted, the flow change is constant in the low pressure range, when the pressure rises to a certain setting value, the flow decreases with the increase of pressure, the motor power decreases, and the energy saving effect is significant.
Operation and maintenance
- Easy operation: pressure adjustment only need to tighten or relax the pressure regulator, adjust the pressure after the lock, no need to adjust again.
Low maintenance cost: the wearing parts of the pump are mainly valve plates and plunger seals, and the replacement cycle is relatively long, such as ceramic mud once every 3-6 months and municipal sludge once every 6-12 months.
