The core working principle of synchronous lifting jack is based on hydraulic transmission and intelligent synchronous control technology. Hydraulic transmission, hydraulic pump as a power source, the hydraulic oil is pressurized and sent to the hydraulic cylinder of the jack. In the hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic oil acts on the piston, making the piston produce upward displacement, thus driving the ejector rod to achieve the ejector action. In the synchronization control link, the sensors distributed in each jack are responsible for collecting multi-dimensional data, such as position, pressure, speed, etc. This data is transmitted to a synchronous control system, which uses advanced algorithms to analyze and compare the data. Once the lifting difference between different jacks is found, the hydraulic oil supply parameters of each jack are dynamically adjusted. (Some jack pistons extend out about 100mm, which is conducive to removing the pre-tightening jack or temporary wrong after pre-adjustment.) In the second step, the anchor of the fixed end tool is lifted with a pad, and the distance between the anchor and the lower cover plate is about 300mm, and the anchor is loose. The third step, threading through the upper, middle and lower three automatic tools wrong, check each hole instrument is correct, put the steel wire into the guide tube. Process: First, put the steel line into the guide tube, push it into the jack, and a person above the wrong part of the automatic tool gently holds the lead of the guide tube and moves with the thrust of the steel line.
Second, when the steel line comes out from the lower part of the cylinder, remove the guide pipe lead, lower the steel line until the speed slows down when approaching the anchor of the lower automatic tool, and pass through the wrong automatic tool at the alignment hole.
Third, when the steel line is 4-5 meters away from the anchor of the fixed end tool, the insert clip should be tightened at any time. If the steel line needs to be lowered, the clip should be lifted up and then locked until the steel line passes through the anchor hole where the fixed end tool should enter the clip, and the steel wire head enters the central plate hole for positioning. The upper personnel will loosen the steel grain line, that is, the steel lifting strand will be tightened on the automatic tool anchor clip. Fourth, lifting the upper steel lines beyond the automatic tool anchor 500mm, through the steel strand, the top of the jack 5 people, division of labor :1 person responsible for communication, 1 person responsible for placing pieces, hole position, other people responsible for paying off: the lower jack 2 people responsible for checking the automatic tool anchor and hole position, and finally connect the guide pipe lead; 3 people at the anchor of the lower fixed tool, and the work of wearing the clip, observing the lowering of the steel strand, and finally tightening. Fifth, when threading the strand, there should be good communication up and down, and the threading order should be stipulated in advance. Generally, the threading order can be used first inside and out, clockwise or counterclockwise, and the threading order can also be selected according to the row and column. When threading, the axis of the fixed tool anchor should be the same as that of the jack, and the line should be threaded after setting the order. When the automatic tool is incorrectly placed under the steel thread, it should be noted that the direction of the placing should be a certain distance from the worn steel strand to prevent twisting. Sixth, after the steel line of a jack is worn according to the above method, the anchor of the fixing tool is lifted close to the dislocation clamping clip, the press plate is set, the fixed bolt is inserted, and the next pre-tightening can be carried out after inspection.
