Plunger movement: The core component of the pump is the plunger. The plunger moves back and forth in the pump. When the plunger moves forward, positive pressure is formed in the pump chamber and the liquid is discharged.
Sealing: Ceramic material has excellent sealing performance and wear resistance, so the plunger made of ceramic material can effectively seal the pump chamber, reduce leakage, and improve the efficiency and reliability of the pump.
Valve control: Usually ceramic piston pumps are also equipped with a valve system to control the flow of liquid in and out by opening and closing the valve, as well as control flow and pressure.
