- Hydraulic pump station:

Working Principle

The work of the synchronous lifting jack begins with the operation of the power source - the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump pressurizes the hydraulic oil and transmits it to the hydraulic cylinder chamber of the jack. In a hydraulic cylinder, the pressure generated by the hydraulic oil pushes the piston up along the inner wall of the cylinder. This upward thrust is transmitted through the ejector rod to the weight to be lifted. In order to achieve the effect of synchronous promotion, it is equipped with an intelligent control system. The sensors in the system are distributed in the key parts of each jack and collect information such as position and speed at any time. According to these data, the control system accurately controls the oil intake and return process of each jack, that is, the flow and pressure of the hydraulic oil are adjusted. In this way, each jack works under the same or predetermined lifting parameters to achieve the synchronous rise of heavy objects, effectively avoiding structural deformation or imbalance caused by unsynchronization.

Installation Instructions

Installation process:

- Foundation compaction: In the industrial plant, drill holes in the concrete floor according to the layout diagram, bury expansion bolts, and match the jack foot.
- Initial equipment inspection: no bump, no paint, cylinder expansion smooth, check whether the pressure sensor, controller interface loose.
- Intelligent networking: there is wireless synchronization, pairing by ID, setting the master and slave control, connecting the antenna, and testing communication.
- Overall calibration: under no load, the jacks are lifted and lowered in turn, the travel deviation is recorded, adjusted to be consistent, and the footing is locked.
Pay attention to details:
- Operation specifications: special aircraft, do not make phone calls during operation, according to the steps.
- Life extension: Change the oil 50 hours after the first use, and check the oil quality regularly thereafter.
- Load balancing: When multiple units are used, pre-adjust with counterweight blocks or distribute the load according to the center of gravity to prevent biased load.
