Product Description
The front clamp jack relies on hydraulic pressure to achieve its function. At the beginning of the work, high-pressure hydraulic oil is injected into the cylinder, so that the piston gets a strong forward force. Its unique front clip structure holds the strand tightly, and as the piston slowly extends, the strand is gradually elongated, and prestress begins to accumulate in the strand. During the tensioning process, the tension is accurately monitored by the pressure sensor and the control system, and once the set value is reached, the pressure holding state is entered, so that the prestress is stable and maintained. When the operation is completed, the oil return process is started, the piston is withdrawn, and the clamp releases the steel strand, preparing for the next tensioning operation, ensuring the continuity and accuracy of the prestressed construction.
