Hydraulic three axis Synchronous Lifting Jack System contains:
1. Vertical lifting cylinder: mainly used to lift heavy objects, the use of double-acting jacks, single load capacity of 50T to 1000T, and the jack is equipped with hydraulic lock, fully ensure the safety of the load.
2. Horizontal moving cylinder: Horizontal movement is divided into X horizontal movement and Y horizontal movement, the two driving cylinders are double-acting cylinders, mainly used to overcome the sliding friction in the movement of heavy objects.
3. Structural support: The structural support adopts the frame structure and is welded by high-strength steel plate. The bottom surface of the structural support is provided with a moving slide to reduce the friction resistance of heavy objects in the process of moving.
4. Synchronous control hydraulic system: synchronous control hydraulic system is mainly used to control the synchronous movement of three-dimensional jacks in three directions, to ensure that heavy objects are not affected by other external forces during the movement, and the hydraulic system pressure is up to 70MPa.
5. Displacement detection system: mainly displacement sensor, communication cable, can display and accurately control the movement of heavy objects.
