The splitting machine | The structure of the splitting machine is mainly composed of hydraulic station, oil pipeline, splitting gun, contract piece and so on. According to the type of power station can be divided into: electric type, diesel type, gasoline type, air motor four. According to the material of the split gun, it can be divided into: steel split gun and aluminum alloy split gun. It can also be classified by the size of the force of the split gun.

The hydraulic station supplies 60Mpa pressure oil to the splitting gun, the splitting gun can produce dozens of tons of F thrust, promote the expansion of the chip to both sides, and the expansion tension P can reach hundreds of tons, so that the object is separated from the internal splitting, we take mining granite as an example to describe the use of the splitting machine.
First let's look at the explosive mining process:
Holes are drilled every 0.5 meters away from the stone surface to be mined, and then explosives are placed to blast the stone away from the mountain.
To make many holes in the vertical and horizontal direction of the rock, such as mining a piece of stone 10 meters long 6 meters wide 6 meters high, to play ¢40 holes a total of 310 meters or more. The stone obtained after explosive blasting is often broken into many pieces, so that the utilization rate of stone is less than 30%. That is, the stone mined by explosive blasting is laborious and time-consuming, and also causes a great waste of resources.
If the splitting machine is used for mining, as long as several holes and some grooves are opened on the stone surface to be mined, and then the splitting machine is used to cut down the stone. If the same mining of 10 meters long, 6 meters wide, 6 meters high stone, only need to play 10 holes, a total length of 60 meters. Then use a blade saw to cut a deep 150 mm wide 5 mm slot between the two holes, the cumulative length of about 25 meters (note: no slot can also be, but the flatness of the split surface is not as good as that of the slot). Then a splitter gun is inserted into the hole to cut the stone. The stone split from the mountain with the splitter is a whole, and the flatness error is generally within a few centimeters. Compared with explosive blasting mining method, splitting machine mining is obviously an economical and efficient quarrying method.

- No harmful gas emissions, no need to use explosives, it will not produce harmful gases such as carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides released after blasting, and environmental protection advantages are obvious.
- Low noise, mainly the sound of mechanical operation, no huge sound generated by blasting, suitable for engineering operations in cities or noise-sensitive areas.
