The PTS type cable hydraulic lifting equipment has three parts: load-bearing system, power system and control system. The load-bearing system includes lifting jack, member gripper, safety gripper and high strength and low relaxation steel strand. The power system is a pump station with various hydraulic valves, which accepts the instructions given by the control system to switch the solenoid valve and then control the oil circuit to drive the jack cylinder and the piston. The control system includes the main control cabinet, the starting box of the pump station and the connecting cable, which controls the harmonious action of the moving parts in the whole system. The PTS cable-type hydraulic lifting equipment can be configured according to the requirements of engineering practice. As the primary bearing part of one of the three major parts of the PTS hydraulic lifting equipment, the PTS lifting jack uses hydraulic oil as the power to promote the reciprocating movement of the cylinder and piston, and then completes the vertical lifting (or dropping) of heavy objects through the load conversion of the upper and lower grippers.
The upper clamp of the lifting jack is connected with the piston of the jack, the lower clamp is connected with the support foot of the lower part of the cylinder, and each hydraulic jack has 2 grippers. Each gripper includes a gripper cylinder, a gripper device plate, and a gripper screw to enable the device to open and close the gripper during on-load descent. Through the hydraulic pump station, pressure oil is supplied to the lifting jack, and the jack piston is pushed to extend and contract the cylinder. When the cylinder is extended, the upper gripper set at the top of the piston tightenes the bearing steel strand so that the lifting weight moves upward with it. The lower gripper connected to the cylinder tightenes the bearing steel strand to ensure that the lifting weight stays in the new position safely and reliably. The upper gripper set together at the top of the piston relaxes the load strand and the piston returns to prepare for the next stroke. When raised in place, the jack piston tightens the bearing steel strand with the upper gripper at the position of almost complete cylinder extension, the lower gripper relaxes the bearing steel strand, and the piston cylinder reduces the weight. In the position close to the completely reduced cylinder, the lower clamp clamp the bearing steel strand, the upper clamp relax the bearing steel strand, the piston no-load extension cylinder, in the almost completely extended cylinder, the upper clamp clamp again the bearing steel strand, the lower clamp relax the bearing steel strand, so the cycle until the lifting weight is accurately in the design position. The hydraulic circuit of the hydraulic jack and pump station is equipped with a hydraulic control check valve and a balance valve, which can lock the oil circuit in the event of sudden power failure and other emergencies, so that the lifting weight can be safely suspended at a fixed height.
