Working Principle

- Tensioning stage: When tensioning prestressed tendons, the tensioning cylinder nozzle takes in oil, and the jacking cylinder nozzle returns oil. At this time, the top pressure cylinder, the connecting sleeve and the support sleeve are connected to move the anchor ring to the right; At the same time, the tension cylinder, the cover nut, the plug and the core sleeve are connected together to drive the tool anchor to move to the left and stretch the prestressed tendons
- Top pressure anchorage stage: under the condition that the tension tension is stable, the top pressure cylinder oil nozzle is injected, the top pressure piston, the protective sleeve and the top pressure head are connected to move to the right, and the clip is forcefully pushed into the anchor ring, so as to achieve the anchorage of the prestressed tendons. In this process, the oil return of the tension cylinder nozzle, the oil inlet of the top pressure cylinder nozzle, and the hydraulic return of the tension cylinder
- Return stage: the oil nozzle of the tension cylinder and the top pressure cylinder return oil at the same time, and the top pressure piston returns under the action of the spring force

Installation Instructions
