Synchronous lifting jacks use hydraulic principle. The motor operation prompts the hydraulic pump to convert the oil in the tank into high pressure oil, and the high pressure oil drives the movement of the cylinder piston to achieve the jacking. At the same time, it has advanced wireless synchronous control system. The sensors of each jack transmit their own working conditions wirelessly, and the control center handles them comprehensively. According to the construction needs, the oil pressure of each jack is precisely deployed to ensure that under complex working conditions, such as the lifting of steel components of super high-rise buildings, multiple jacks move neatly and uniformly, so that the construction process can be accurately promoted as planned.
Installation steps:
- Site selection: outdoor projects choose the best place for wind shelter and drainage; Open and load-bearing beams are preferred indoors. Tamp soft ground, cushion gravel and lay steel plate.
- Installation preparation: unpack the box to check appearance and accessories, fill the new equipment with oil to the scale, empty the impurities of the old equipment and fill the oil again.
