Installation Instructions

Operation method of mortar spraying machine;
1.Start the power supply of mortar spraying machine, press the button, the spiral pump of mortar spraying machine will start to work. If the steering is reversed, press the stop button to stop the mortar spraying machine.
2. Inject a small amount of water into the inlet of the mortar spraying machine conveying hose, or pump water with a spiral pump to wet the conveying hose. Then the pipe storage water is gradually discharged from the outlet. Drainage should be clean and no surplus water should be retained in the pipe.
3. Tie the air pipe of mortar spraying machine and the mortar pipe side by side. The mortar spraying machine connects the air duct to the spray gun.
4. Put the evenly mixed material into the hopper of mortar spraying machine (can be used with powder opening machine).
5. Press the start button to start the mortar spraying machine. When the mortar spraying machine is working, the spraying quality can be improved by adjusting the air volume.
