The splitting machine | The structure of the splitting machine is mainly composed of hydraulic station, oil pipeline, splitting gun, contract piece and so on. According to the type of power station can be divided into: electric type, diesel type, gasoline type, air motor four. According to the material of the split gun, it can be divided into: steel split gun and aluminum alloy split gun. It can also be classified by the size of the force of the split gun.

Work on the airborne splitter began with preparation. First, holes of the right depth and diameter are drilled in the rock according to the design requirements. Next, the airborne splitter is moved to the operating position and the high-pressure oil line between the pump station and the splitter gun is connected. High pressure oil is pumped out after starting the pump station. High pressure oil enters the piston chamber inside the splitting gun and pushes the piston forward. The wedges attached to the front of the piston begin to expand outward as the piston moves. The wedge is in close contact with the rock hole wall and exerts great pressure, which causes the rock to crack around the hole. As the wedge continues to expand, the cracks continue to expand and extend deeper into the rock, and eventually the cracks in the multiple holes are connected to each other, and the rock is broken into pieces according to the predetermined splitting shape. The whole process is carried out in a strict sequence, and each step is closely linked to ensure the smooth completion of the rock crushing operation.
