1. Structure composition
Hydraulic ceramic plunger pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump cylinder, ceramic plunger, import and export valve and other parts. Among them, the ceramic plunger is the core part of the pump, which carries out reciprocating movement in the pump cylinder to realize the suction and discharge of fluid.
Second, the working principle
The working principle of the hydraulic ceramic plunger pump is based on the reciprocating movement of the plunger in the pump cylinder. In the suction stroke, the plunger moves upward, the negative pressure is formed in the pump cylinder, the inlet valve is opened, and the fluid is sucked into the pump cylinder; In the discharge stroke, the plunger moves down, the pressure in the pump cylinder rises, the outlet valve opens, and the fluid is discharged from the pump cylinder. Through the reciprocating movement of the plunger, fluid is continuously transported.
