Piston rock splitter works
Piston rock splitter is composed of an oil cylinder, 9-11 pistons, multiple seals, multiple high-pressure tubing and other components. How to use
1. Drill a hole in the rock
Usually crawler type drilling and digging and changing drilling are used more (digging and changing drilling is faster than crawler type drilling, generally a hole in 3-5 minutes.) The drill bit needs to be matched according to the selected split rod model (150 split rod matches 155mm drill bit, 180 split rod needs to split 185mm drill bit). The hole spacing and hole depth can be operated according to the parameters of the splitting rod.
2. Put the splitting rod into the hole to split
After the completion of the holes, our debugging personnel will help customers install, debug and train workers to learn how to operate on the construction site. After the splitting equipment is installed, the splitting rod is put into the drilled hole as completely as possible, and then the splitting is carried out by controlling the wood-powered hydraulic pump station, which can be split once a minute. After the splitting is completed, the plunger of the splitting rod is completely withdrawn by controlling the wood-powered hydraulic pump station, and the whole splitting process is over.
