The work of the synchronous lifting jack begins with the operation of the power source - the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump pressurizes the hydraulic oil and transmits it to the hydraulic cylinder chamber of the jack. In a hydraulic cylinder, the pressure generated by the hydraulic oil pushes the piston up along the inner wall of the cylinder. This upward thrust is transmitted through the ejector rod to the weight to be lifted. In order to achieve the effect of synchronous promotion, it is equipped with an intelligent control system. The sensors in the system are distributed in the key parts of each jack and collect information such as position and speed at any time. According to these data, the control system accurately controls the oil intake and return process of each jack, that is, the flow and pressure of the hydraulic oil are adjusted.
